Payment Options: 1) By PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DiscoverCard or eCHECK). 2) Through our office (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank wire or check). Either method of payment requires our office to calculate the shipping cost for Aqua-Cycles® to your delivery address and zip code.
Prices: Our published prices are our selling prices. We do not have different Price Lists for retail customers, dealers, wholesalers, distributors, export customers, etc. We sell using the same price list for everyone. Your cost is based upon quantity. You are always quoted our lowest price the very first time. If you wish to resell our products these are still our prices to you, but you can accumulate previous purchases to determine the best price of the current order.
How do you accumulate previous purchases for the best pricing? Add together all Aqua-Cycles ever purchased from us and add this order to that total. That will determine the price column for your current order. In other words, if you have already ordered 4 Aqua-Cycles from us and now want three more, these three would be priced at the column pricing for 5-9 units.
Payment Terms: As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will schedule your order for shipment.
Exceptions: If you have a situation that requires special consideration, such as an initial deposit and then payment before shipping, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Pro Forma Invoice: If you need a Pro Forma invoice for your lender, leasing agent or accounting department prior to making payment, just let us know. We will gladly honor pricing on Pro Forma invoices for 30 days.
Delivery Time: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Estimate 5-10 days for standard delivery. Depending upon the time of year and holidays, shipping time can vary. We strive to get your order out quickly, but we cannot control weather, shipping lines or our suppliers.
