Export Shipping Dimensions: Each Aqua-Cycle® has a shipping weight of 375 lbs. and is 230 cubic feet. Each is shipped partially assembled, meaning that we assemble the drive train (pedal crank to the rear axle) and you attach the wheels, seat and front fork upon delivery.

Export Packaging: Each Aqua-Cycle is shipped in three units.
   * 1) The frame is a separate piece
   * 2) The three wheels are on one pallet as one piece
   * 3) The seat, assembly parts and instructions are in one box.

For container shipments often the wheels and seats are loaded as separate pieces to maximize the use of the space in the container.  In other words the wheels MAY not be loaded while on a pallet.

Export Shipping Containers:
- Up to 20 Aqua-Cycles® can be loaded into one 40 foot "high cube" container (if loaded at our plant)
- Up to 15 Aqua-Cycles® can be loaded into one 40 foot standard container (if loaded at our plant)
- Up to 7 Aqua-Cycles® can be loaded into one 20 foot standard container (if loaded at our plant).

Export Container Loading: There is no additional charge for us to load your order into a container at our plant.  This helps minimize your costs, allows us to be sure your order is properly packed to protect the contents and maximizes the number of units in the container.  Container loads are the most economical method of shipment to overseas destinations.

Air Freight: It is extremely expensive to air freight one or more Aqua-Cycle because they are so large.  The air freight shipping cost is at least $4,000 per Aqua-Cycle®. We can ship by air freight if you must receive your order this way.
